KREAVET is a data controller and processes personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. KREAVET is thereby complying with the General Data Protection Regulation. Personal data collected and processing purposes

KREAVET collects and processes the identity and contact information, the account numbers and, if applicable, the VAT numbers of customers (and, if appropriate, their officers, employees and representatives) for customer and order management (e.g. customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, invoicing, bookkeeping, solvency monitoring) and from time to time the sending of informative or publicity messages.

KREAVET collects and processes the identity and contact information, the account numbers and, if applicable, the VAT numbers of sub-contractors and suppliers (and, if appropriate, their officers, employees and representatives) for sub-contractor and supplier management (e.g. supplier administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, bookkeeping).

Lawful basis for processing

KREAVET processes personal data by virtue of the following lawful bases: consent, implementation of a contract, fulfilment of legal and regulatory obligations and our legitimate interests (article 6.1. a, b, c and f of the General Data Protection Regulation).

To the extent that the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent, the customer shall always have the right to withdraw the consent given.

Passing on to third parties

Where necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes, personal data will be shared with other companies within the European Economic Area which are directly or indirectly connected to KREAVET or with any other partner of KREAVET.

In certain cases, KREAVET may call on external service providers, who, by virtue of their functions, can come into contact with certain personal data (e.g., accountant, website host or IT supplier). KREAVET guarantees that these service providers will take the necessary technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data. The necessary processing agreements will be concluded with the external processors.

Retention period

The personal data will be retained during the term of the contract and during any subsequent period necessary to comply with legal requirements (including with regard to accounting).

Rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and portability of personal data.

The data subject whose data is being processed, has at all times, the right to access their personal data and may correct it (or have it corrected) if it is incorrect or incomplete, to have it deleted, to have its processing restricted, to object to the processing, to be supplied with a copy (in a structured, usual and machine-readable form) of their personal data and to withdraw any given permissions. KREAVET does not make automated decision-making or carry out profiling.

Technical and organizational measures

KREAVET takes the necessary technical and organizational measures to process your personal data in accordance with a satisfactory level of security and to protect it from destruction, loss, falsification, alteration, unauthorized access or mistaken notification to third parties, as well as any other unauthorized processing of such data.

Direct marketing

The customer has the right to oppose free of charge any processing of their personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Cookies

KREAVET uses only technical and functional cookies on its website and analytical cookies that do not infringe your privacy.

Complaints

The data subject whose data is being processed has the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussel - contact@apd-gba.be).
